These are easiest cookies i’ve made! usually, cookies are not my favourite thing to prepare – it consumes too much time! making the mixture, refridgerating (if any), scooping, lining pans, changing pans, etc. I get easily bored, I know..
But these, oh, these cookies are me in a culinary sense. They just hop into the bowl, mix rapidly, being elastic enough to be in any form required. Super quick, eager to be baked and not waste time for no good. Here they are!
Ingredients:
200 gr tahini
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup powdered brown sugar
4 tbsp cocoa powder
Mix the tahini and sugar well with an electric mixer. Then add the flour and cocoa powder and stir. There is this elastic and supereasy-to-work-with dough in your hands. Take a small ball, press it into a cookie and then do the rest the same way. They do not change size while baking. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven and let cool completely, otherwise you risk cracking them. ENJOY!
